Delivery Information
We realise how important delivery is to our customers so we therefore look to offer the most competitive and quickest delivery service in the UK. All Puppets To You orders are dispatched within 24 hours, or the next working day if an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
UK Delivery
The majority of our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class service and should be received within 5 working days. We also offer a Next Working Day service to most areas of the UK for orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed using Next Working Day Delivery will be delivered on the next working day (excludes Saturday and Sunday) or on Tuesday if placed after 1pm on the previous Friday.
Puppets To You delivery costs are dependant on the order value and destination. Delivery on UK Mainland orders is charged at £2.50 for orders below £10, £4.50 for orders between £10 and £79.99 and is free on all orders over £80. All our delivery charges are summarised in the table below.

*The UK Highlands and Islands delivery charges apply to the following postcodes, BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH17-PH50, PO30-45, TR21-25 and ZE. There maybe additional postcodes that may incure an additional delivery charge other than those listed above, if this is the case we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.
**Please note that in some circumstances orders to the Rest of the World ('ROW') and Europe may not have a viable shipping option due to to the size and weight of particular product combinations, if this is the case we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.
Delivery Security
To ensure that your order arrives with you safely we are unable to request that our delivery partner leaves your order anywhere else other than with someone at the designated delivery address. If it is not convenient to deliver to a home address then you are able to stipulate a separate delivery address when checking out your order.
International Orders
We also welcome orders from the U.S.A, Canada, Australia and the EU. International delivery generally takes 5 working days although we advise international customers to allow 10 working days. Due to size and weight restrictions there are some products or combination of products that we are not able to ship to the U.S.A, Canada or Australia.
