Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases on our website:
Prices: Our prices are set out in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT. These prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process. The delivery charge covers the cost of packaging and postage. Either Royal Mail or a selected courier service will make delivery.
Acceptance of Your Order: We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges (if applicable) before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order but this is not a guarantee that your order has been accepted.
For any delivery destinations outside of mainland UK (including UK Highlands & Islands, Europe or the Rest of the World) additional delivery charges may apply. If you wish your order to be delivered to any address outside mainland UK (including UK Highlands & Islands, Europe or the Rest of the World), please contact our customer services centre prior to placing your order.
We make every effort to ensure that items displayed on our website are in stock and available however, from time to time, items requested may not be available for despatch immediately. If this happens we will notify you by email or phone to confirm what action you wish to take. You will only be charged for the goods that leave our warehouse and you will only incur a delivery charge once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel.
Right of Cancellation: The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to seven days from receipt of the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us as follows:

We recommend that you send your parcel by registered post and keep a record of your receipt.
To return an item from outside the UK please contact us on +44 (0)20 8440 6810 for details. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
Once received by us, we will credit the price of the cancelled products and our delivery charges to you.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). If you have any questions about privacy that are not answered here please contact us.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. If you have signed up to receive Special Offer updates and/or Product News and you no longer wish to receive these emails please send an email from the address you wish to unsubscribe to info@puppetstoyou.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject.
Cookies
We use cookies to enable the shopping system to record the contents of your basket, to ensure that the correct products are ordered when you progress through the checkout and to facilitate navigation throughout the store.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name; address; phone number; email address; credit/debit card details, BUT WE NEVER RETAIN YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Security Statement
Puppets To You recognises that security is one of the most important considerations for online shoppers and that is why we have chosen to use RBSWorldPay, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, to process all of our credit and debit card payments. Your credit card information is fully encrypted to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. WorldPay also use highly advanced anti-fraud technologies to protect both you and us.
So in reality an online shopping transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction made in a shop, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

Account Passwords
The first time you order from us you will be asked to choose a password. This is in order to make any future purchases as quick and easy as possible. If you do not choose a password then one will be sent to your email address.
On subsequent orders you will be asked for your password so that you do not have to enter all your details again. For security reasons, your credit card information is not stored with your account information and you will need to enter this each time you order.
If you have forgotten your password you will be given the opportunity to have it emailed to you when you are asked to log-in.
